Screw holes not aligned

The legs attach to the tabletop via 2 screw holes each, which screw into the tabletop itself. On one of the 4 attachment points, the 2 screw holes were so bent from each other that there was no way to possibly get both screws in through the leg. Had to use a single screw for that one, doesn't speak well to quality assurance or build quality.

Q: Can you put the table top assembled and pieces in the trunk of a car. 2 chairs in the backseat?

Depending on the available size of your vehicle trunk, it may fit. However, we advise against placing an assembled table in the trunk. We hope we answered your question.

Q: Should the table top be in one piece? The glass is separate from the wicker ring and I cannot get it together. Canvas customer service says it should be one piece and I need to return the table to Canadian Tire.

Q: The glass top does not fit into the wicker frame; it's supposed to come as fitted. I have spent hours trying to fit it into the frame. What am I supposed to do?

  • A: We purchased our table 2 or 3 years ago and had some difficulty getting the glass to fit but managed it somehow - don’t remember how. Know that this doesn’t help much with your problem but if you can manage it you will be happy with the outcome. We have been very satisfied with the table. Sorry I couldn’t be more help.
