Where to get replacement parts

We bought this chair four years ago,it has been very comfortable. Yesterday the swivel broke and I’ve been trying to get a replacement part. I need my favourite chair back.

Loved this product , not now. Bought 2 during Covid, one broke they honored an exchange. Then a few months later the other one broke they wouldn’t honor the second chair as it was pass due the one year. Now the newest chair has broke as well. So we’ve had 3 in total and now the 2 are sitting on the with no bottoms. Amazing chairs but in time they will snap at the base. Wish they made a sturdier frame to prevent the from happing I’ll be contacting the manufacturer for an extended complaint. And the cushions get pretty saggy in time.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q:  The Summerhill rocker glider chair: Q: Does it actually rock back and forth or does it only bounce a bit back and forth? The video only shows the swivel from side to side.  It was difficult to tell the full motion just from the short video online .
