Perfect for back to basics charcoal grilling

Exactly what we were looking for, basic charcoal bbq with plenty of room on the grill. The ash collector on the bottom is perfect. Only downside is it’s a bit short for my 6 ft husband, adjustable height would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been enjoying this Weber charcoal grill so far. I love that it's on wheels and it's lightweight so it's easy to move around. It's nice that we can just throw it in the back of the truck and take it with us whenever we need. It's great for picnics and tailgating and we can't wait to take it camping one day. It heat up nice and evenly and so far everything we've eaten from the grill has been yummy!

grill is great, i like the updated "p" shaped holes on the ash catcher. mine did have a problem that one of the threaded rivets werent properly pressed into the frame, i contacted webber and they decided to send me a new hardware kit, that ended up not solving the problem, but i just bought a longer screw from the hardware store and used that as a pretty good fix.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 22” weber kettle grill has easily become my go to grill, I used to be intimidated by charcoal grilling, but honestly, it’s not that complicated. It only takes a little more time to get started and the flavor is far superior to electric grills. The grates have been easy to clean and it lightweight and portable which is a huge plus for me. A couple downsides to me are the ash catcher doesn’t always catch ash or hot coals. Finding the lid hook can be a little tricky at first but I quickly got used to it. The last drawback is lack of prep space. After using several other grills, I realized I took for granted having shelves or areas to set down food, utensils, or thermometers. Overall, this grill performs great, the food taste amazing and I’m happy I had the chance to try and review it.

Q: How does the one touch cleaning feature work on this unit.

  • A: The lower air intake vent guards are designed to scrape the ash off the bottom and out of the grill by sliding the vent control lever back and forth. The ash falls into the catch pan (or ash bucket on the Master Touch) for easy disposal.
