Bonne rétention de chaleur. J’ai pu avoir un 500 F pour tout un après midi. Cuisson super bonne et rapide une fois que c’est chaud. Important de lire le manuel avant utilisation pour savoir comme utiliser les 2 trappes en fonction de la cuisson souhaitée.

Good Charcoal BBQ

Purchased this BBQ last week, assemble was easy, one side shelf was missing some hardware. I called the customer support line and they are sending a replacement. Cooking wise, this unit is capable of a lot, it can grill, smoke, sear and indirect cooking. Holds the heat well and does not consume all the charcoal. I am still learning how to adjust the dampers for the temperature I require.

Yes, I recommend this product.

  • A: Simple answer No, there are no holes or mounts for a rotisserie. I'm sure some do-it-yourselfers could figure out a way to make something up.

Q: Are the side tables foldable?

  • A: No,  and it’s not cast metal like the name would imply it’s thin layers of metal with insulation… So far it’s a fine  barbecue and I have no complaints but it’s not cast like I thought it was when I ordered it from the website
