Very well built with quality parts. Assembly takes about an hour and a half, easiest with two people. We love cooking on this barbecue, heats evenly and sears meat well. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. Heats up quickly and is nice to cook on. The instructions could have been a little clearer with some words not just pictures but was not too bad to put together

Great BBQ - Poor customer service

The BBQ was easy to assemble and works as advertised. The problem is that Napoleon customer service is non-existent. In our case there were parts damaged within the undamaged packaging. The website links to contact the manufacturer referenced in the manuals however have been removed and replaced with other links that are also dead and refers one to the Napoleon warranty page. You can order replacement parts on the warranty page if you pay for shipping but 2 weeks after paying for the shipping I have heard nothing but crickets. Trying to call the Napoleon help line is also fruitless as there doesn't seem to be anyone there who wants to answer the phone.

Q: Can this bbq model be converted to natural gas

    A: Hi Lori, great question! The Rogue 625 LP (propane) model is not designed to be converted to natural gas. Napoleon recommends choosing the correct fuel type at the time of purchase, as the grills are built specifically for either propane or natural gas, and modifying them isn’t advised. While you may see third-party conversion kits online, these are not officially supported, and using them can impact safety and warranty coverage. If you’re looking for natural gas, the Rogue 625 is also available as a factory-built natural gas model, which is the best option for proper performance and peace of mind. Thanks
