    Weber Impressive - Week 1

    So far I’ve had this grill for about a week. I’ve tested greasy burgers whole chicken cooked skin spatcock and a Roast seared then indirect heat. Using AI to tell me temperature and aprox time. The Weber is easy to hold desired temperature quick to heat up and the greasy burger and chicken skin didn’t cause any flare ups or the sear zone at 550 degrees. I would buy this again.

    Had for a few days, but overall the BBQ is great. Starts very quickly with the snap-jet ignition and heats up in no time at all. Didn't realize the burners were all ignited right away as the transition from ignition to lit burners was quick and quiet. So far so good.

    I contacted customer service three times to determine the compatable rotisirrie for the Spirit E 425 grill only to be told it was 3400252 which i bought and it did not fit. Finally customer service admitted this is incorrect and Weber in fact does not make a rotisirrie to fit the Spirit 400 series. A very bad experience when the customer deparment is so in the dark about the truth. And very disappointing to discover I was mislead by Weber into believing accessories were available that in fact are not. Overall a bad customer experience considering the Bar BQ itself is very nice. But extremely poor customer service knowledge and very misleading business practices to suggest I buy the wrong accessory and then insist it is correct. Not a great company to deal with. I would suggest look elsewhere. It just isnt that good

    We appreciate your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion. The rotisserie you purchased is the correct one for your grill. However, it requires a simple adjustment to function properly. The rotisserie motor should be flipped upside-down on the bracket to adjust it for your grill.     This is my 3rd addition to my grill set up. I have the Searwood XL for the bigger cooks and smoking, and a charcoal kettle w/caddy. This E-425 does everything I need. It heats up fast, has plenty of room for hosting a small gathering, yet is versatile enough to fire it up on any weeknight. I couldn't be happier.
