C'est très pratique et facile de faire pizza, par contre il faut contrôler la température ça peut vite brûler, et le bémol c'est que ça ne cuit pas très bien du bas, il fait laisser le plaque du bas bien se chauffer.
Fait de très bon pizza ou pain.

I bought this two weeks ago, I found the walls are not well build and the stone u have to turn manually which I find it difficult to use. And the heat skips quite fast

Q: The documentation indicates that it can heat >900 degrees, but the built-in temp gauge on mine can only seem to get as high as 810 degrees even after being on at max setting for >25mins. Is that normal, or does mine have a defective gauge?

- A: We have the same unit, don’t expect it to get hotter than 810, because it never will. 810 is a good temperature, pizza turns out great.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: Does anyone have any tricks or tips for the perfect bake with this oven? The supplied manual doesn’t include any such info, and there isn’t much of a user community yet.

- A: We either turn the oven off or low once we put the pizza in (depending on how much toppings) While preheating we'll stretch the dough onto parchment paper, put on toppings and then place into the preheated oven with the paper for a few minutes then remove the paper once dough starts to cook. A lot of trial and error, don't expect a good pizza to take 90 seconds in a small oven like this. Hope this Helps!3 years agoHelpful?
Q: The flame won’t stay lit unless the gas button is pushed in. Am I doing something working?

- A: Yeah, this wasn’t clearly documented, but I had the same confusion at first. Documentation says to push the button, but one would logically assume it means just the igniter. But apparently you have to press the temp knob in as well, and continue holding it for a few seconds after you hear it ignite. Then when you let go, it should stay lit.2 years agoHelpful?
