    Bought this with mask for our 8 yr old grandson. Cut off an old hockey stick and put some tape around the shaft. Very snug and didn’t need to put in a screw. So far very good. Rubber bottom should stand up well in grass or on concrete. Grandson loves it.

    The blade does the trick when you're in goal, but if you're a goalie that likes puckhandling/ballhandling this isn't for you. The blade bends a lot when you try to shoot with it.

    This goalie blade is sturdy depending on the player itself. This blade is perfect if your a beginning goalie, but if your one of those major hockey players who get very serious, this blade isn't for you. Under some pressure the blade can bend, and puck handling is disappointing. Curving the blade can help a bit. I've used a heat gun to bend my curve for this blade. If you do plan to make a curve, do not overheat the plastic heat for about 30 seconds bend a little, repeat till your curve is satisfying.

    this blade was a good buy but for a longer durability I would not recomend curving this blade because it becomes more flimsy and fragile.
