The shell doesn’t feel as strong as other luggage’s. Easily bendable, so I returned and bought a similar priced item that felt more solid.

Inferior quality

First flight using this carry on, damaged due to inferior construction. Flew on a small plane, carry on gets checked. Corner dented in when coming down baggage carousel. Scratches all over just from rubbing against other luggage. I initially hesitated on buying this, unsure of quality, gave the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews. Do not recommend!!

Great carry-on with the three included zipper compartments making it easy to keep things organized. Canadian Tire had this luggage on sale beating all box stores and online retailers for a similar carry-on luggage at the time of my purchase.

  • A: INSTRUCTIONS The manufacturer's original combination is 0-0-0. To reset: 1. Turn dials to original combination. 2. Press down the reset button with a pen or other tool until you hear a "click.' 3. Set your own combination by turning the dials. 4. Slide the lock button to the right until you hear the click again.
