Poor quality - Damage on first use

Unfortunately we were disappointed in this tent. It tore in 2 places within our first weekend of use. Weather was fine, it seemed that the poles did not fit properly causing extra tension in the fly and in the tent itself when pitched. The pole that supports the roof of the screen room was too short, so it would come apart at the joint or split apart in the middle (tore the sleeve). We will be attempting to exchange it on warranty in hopes that we got a defective product as the design and the screen room is awesome.
