The grill burner is too weak to be useful and is only half as powerful as the conventional burner. Buy the 2-burner version instead and use a griddle pan if you need to grill.

Big bust

Not sure if somethings wrong with mine. I cant use both sides at the same time. The flame is very light ive been cooking bacon on 1 side for 10+ minutes and the 1 side still is not done. Its like only being able to cook on low heat.

I picked up this camping grill and burner combo from Canadian Tire before a long weekend trip, and it absolutely delivered. Setup was a breeze — compact, lightweight, and everything folded up nicely for transport. The dual-function design is a real bonus: the grill handled burgers, veggies, and fish perfectly, while the burner was great for boiling water and making morning coffee. Heat control was surprisingly precise for a portable unit. Both the grill and burner heated up quickly and evenly. Cleanup was also pretty straightforward thanks to the removable drip tray and non-stick surfaces. Overall, this is a solid, well-built piece of gear. Ideal for car camping or even tailgating. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a no-fuss cooking setup in the outdoors.

Q: The grill burner wont stay lit. Only a slight flame then it goes out when i remove the lighter. What is causing this issue?

A: Hi there, If it’s happening with both the burner and the grill, it’s most likely to do with either the fuel supply or the regulator: 1- It could be that the regulator isn’t attached properly to the stove, or to the fuel supply, so the fuel isn’t getting to the burner properly 2- Please check that you are using a supported fuel supply. This stove will run on either a high pressure propane cylinder ONLY. If you have the stove connected to a low pressure RV propane system, the stove will not work properly.

A: The grate is steel with plating. Griddle burner is about 5,000 BTUs, cooking burner is about 10,000 BTUs.
