Barely heats big dissapointment

Bought this new at full price. Not a good buy. Barely heats, and takes an hour to grill a hamburger and even then it doesn't hit high enough temperature to trust that it's cooked to the middle. Honestly a big waste of money even if your thinking of getting this on sale, it will leave you stranded when camping and need it the most.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The grill burner is too weak to be useful and is only half as powerful as the conventional burner. Buy the 2-burner version instead and use a griddle pan if you need to grill.

Big bust

Not sure if somethings wrong with mine. I cant use both sides at the same time. The flame is very light ive been cooking bacon on 1 side for 10+ minutes and the 1 side still is not done. Its like only being able to cook on low heat.

Q: The grill burner wont stay lit. Only a slight flame then it goes out when i remove the lighter. What is causing this issue?

  • A: Hi there, If it’s happening with both the burner and the grill, it’s most likely to do with either the fuel supply or the regulator: 1- It could be that the regulator isn’t attached properly to the stove, or to the fuel supply, so the fuel isn’t getting to the burner properly 2- Please check that you are using a supported fuel supply. This stove will run on either a high pressure propane cylinder ONLY. If you have the stove connected to a low pressure RV propane system, the stove will not work properly.
