Poor quality pump don’t last don’t waste your mony

Bought this mattress 2 years ago and had to exchange it 4 times dual pump stopped working, by the 4th exchange they told me they couldn’t exchange it any more because the warranty was expired So the 4th exchange the pump only lasted 3 months poor quality never buy a woods product again

No, I do not recommend this product.

Very disappointed with this product. Used it twice and there was an air leak. At this price point I would expect a better product. Like many reviewers, my mattress developed a leak after little usage. I returned the product.

Q: Bed was firm and pump did not seem to turn itself off. Afraid to over inflate. Will it eventually stop? No manual to explain.

  • A: The bed is very firm. The pump will run as long as it needs to. It will shut off when the set level of firmness is achieved. If it keeps running and blows up, return it.

  • A: Nope, but you will need an electrical outlet. The mattress can also remain inflated if you leave it plugged in. It will self regulate to stay at the desired firmness.

Q: I see the bed adjusts air through the night. I assume it’s loud enough to wake someone up

  • A: It says it will but never had too.. The air hasn't come out to the point where it would need to blow back up. My family member that uses it the most actually underinflates it a bit to be "softer"..
