Q: Supercycle Rack Top Bike Bag w/Aluminum Foil & Reflective Strip, 8L, Black, indicates it mounts to the seat but in the photo it looks like it is sitting on rear rack. I do not have a rear rack. How does this mount exactly?

A: It needs to be tied to the rear rack with its Velcro on the bottom or it could be a shoulder bag with the shoulder strap included.
