Q: How long is this mat exactly in centimeters? I know that it says that it is 38" long, but is that an exact measurement? Is that the interior of the tray or is that the total external footprint of the tray?

Q: What exactly is the 100% recycled content? Is it plastic, rubber, vinyl, pvc?? I have vinyl floors and was told not to put rubber or latex on them.
