Heat switch died after 2 months

We bought this in November and now the power switch isn’t working. I’ve noticed a few of the other reviews have had the same issue. Seems like a short lifespan (2months)
When it worked it was nice

Same problem, two heaters

I bought my first one in January of 2024, it didn’t even last a full year before the power switch stopped working — not sure if some wire is tripping. But because it has a year warranty I was able to exchange it for a new one. Again same issue. It just died today, the power switch doesn’t work. The heat also didn’t go far when it was working anyways, I had to sit quite close to feel it. Very disappointed that I’ve encountered the same problem twice and now I don’t have the option to exchange for a replacement.
No, I do not recommend this product.

So much better than a space heater

I don't fully understand how a glorified space heater can add so much charm and coziness to our home, but it really does. It's quiet, the flame effect is so cheerful and cozy, and my feet are finally warm. An affordable and welcome improvement!
