I always try to buy Moen products. Once again I was impressed with the quality of the taps. Installation was pretty straight forward but make sure the cartridge is lined up properly or hot and cold won’t line up.

Faulty new Alder Model 8260 tub/shower combo valve

I just installed a new Alder tub/shower valve. Water only trickles from the tub spout regardless of the position of the control handle. Everything is connected properly but the valve does not work

Great replacement foe the duel handle tub vale, easy install in my case, had to do a complete new tub surround install, so installing the new vale was easier

Q: I need to replace the diverter on a Moen Adler tub spout. Is there a screw set to loosen? I did not see one. There's a 'u' shaped cut-out underneath the spout by the wall, but I don't see anything through it but copper piping. Thxs.
