Poor Installation Guide

This item is easy to clean (more expensive models stain readily) but is not very sturdy (don't stand on it to reach the exhaust fan!) but it is a fair price; HOWEVER, installation instructions are really poor - not easy like others I've installed. After many searches, I found advice to oil the rubber plugs to get them through the holes in the porcelain. After that, installation was easy, but it sure was frustrating.
