Great value. Very flexible hose, lightweight adjustable shower head. Easy installation. One star subtracted for inlet washer. Too soft, difficult to seal fitting to shower arm.

Major leak due to incorrect washer placement

Look for the review by Vincent from Ottawa in July of 2024 and follow the instructions in his attached picture. Don't waste your time trying to install it as it comes in the box.
I bought Moen thinking I wouldn't have to deal with cheap incompetence. What a frustrating experience for something that should be incredibly simple. I didn't see Vincent's review before I just tried installing it as the box describes and it leaked so bad; spraying all over the place, not just an annoying drip. Now that it's not leaking it seems to work fine. I don't know why you would ever use the low or high settings. The handle/head does stick up quite high from where it rests in its bracket so if your pipe is close to the ceiling you may not be happy with the angle you have to adjust it to in order for it to fit.
Yes, I recommend this product.
