Rated 4/5 - works as described. A bit heavy - you want to get and use the shoulder strap to take the weight off of your arms when operating it. Had issues with assembly - the two sections didn't want to engage properly - had to really jam the two together (and the red arrow marker was "off" that indicates full insertion). A big step up from the gas trimmer (no futzing with the gas/oil mix, pulling till your arms fall off trying to start, replacing plastic fuel lines every year, constantly adjusting idle mix, etc...). A bit over-priced but it works!
