Stopped working

a month ago

Product worked like a dream for 4 snow storms and then stopped. Been trying to get in contact with someone for well over a month and getting nowhere. Waste of money.

It is way to heavy.......bought it to make it easier then shoveling but it is easier to shovel because the electric shovel is to heavy.
