Chunking Snowballs with an E-GO Snowblower in NC!

We really enjoyed using this battery-powered snow blower this past winter! It performs well. In a heavier, wetter snow, it struggles to throw the snow very far. And, the chute is subject to clogging in wetter snow. We ended up having to spray the interior of the chute with silicone, and it actually worked much better, throwing the snow farther and longer without clogging. We also own an E-GO leaf blower and trimmer. We are very pleased with both these products. As much as I appreciate STIHL lawn/yard products, the E-GO trimmer and leaf blower have surpassed the gas and oil-operated equipment we've used in the past. Plus, the E-GO trimmer and leaf blower are cleaner and more efficient tools. I can't tell you how many times I had to service my STIHL trimmer, or how many times it would quit running and I'd have to tinker with it and adjust it to finish the needed yard work. The E-GO trimmer hits full-on with teeth blazing. Sooo, much better! Plus, the E-GO Blower we have has SO much more power to move all the fall leaves we enjoy in the Blue Ridge Mtns. of NC. Lastly, we like how some of our E-GO tool batteries are interchangeable. This allows us to work longer at our residence, without having to recharge batteries most of the time. That's a plus, too.

Snow deterrent

Since I purchased the snow blower we haven’t had anything more the 1/2 inch of snow. So, as a snow deterrent, I give this unit an A++. Seriously though , this snow blower is very well put together and sturdy. I can’t wait to use it on some measurable snow.

Easy to use

we bought this because we were anticipating a big snow storm and it was the last one in town. I love that it is so easy to start and light. It's a tough little bugger, easily goes through 3 feet of snow but lags a little after that and if it's really wet and icy. I'm an average size woman and I loved that I could use it.

A: Hi there Norm! The runtime will be dependent on the amount of snow, how dense it is and the speed in which you move through the snow. It has the capacity to clear up to one 12 car driveway. Hopefully that helps!
