Survived its first winter flawlessly

I bought this shed in the fall of 2025 and am writing this review in the spring of 2026. So far, so good. The shed weathered the winter flawlessly. A few times after heavy snowfall, I used my shovel to remove what I could reach on the roof. Other than that, I left it alone, and it survived the winter in perfect condition.
I did not use the supplied floor frame. I built a wooden platform and screwed the floor rails for the walls directly into the plywood. I also sealed all the windows with clear silicone to prevent rain from getting in. And rean another bead of silicone around the outside where the shed sits on the base.
I found that the left door wasn't as solid as I'd like, with only one bolt latch at the top. I easily installed a second bolt latch at the bottom that extends into a hole in the plywood, and now the door is very solid.
So far, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Great for Heavy Snow

The shed was a good days work putting up, with a skilled buddy with me. The panels were not quite cut right and did not lock/fit in properly. no one will notice. We had heavy snow this winter that dented my snowmobile trailer however this shed handled the weight no problem. all in all working well. I sealed the windows also to keep rain out.

Q: Does anyone else have a problem with the roof on this shed leaking EVERY time it rains. I just stood in the shed and watched rain dripping from the roof. I have sealed every joint on the entire inside of roof and am almost out of my mind. HELP!!!!!!!

- A: I had this shed installed by a Contractor a little over a year ago. He has had to come back on several occasions to try & fix it. My shed also leaks! I am so disappointed in this shed. It has cost me nothing but money, have sealed everything, didn't matter it still leaks, have no choice but to have to cover it with a tarp that cost me over $100.00!! Not to mention the extremely cheap plastic handle, that anyone could just snap off. The walls are very flimsy & move like crazy in any wind. I am at my wits end sometime wanting to pull my hair out, I am a Senior, & like I said, I have had to soak a lot of money into this shed. I definitely do not recommend this shed to anyone, go for a wood shed!3 years agoHelpful?

- A: I swapped sides with the side window. No problem at all. Same dimension panels which can easily be swapped. Even after walls are installed because I just pulled out the window wall section out the top and swapped it with a non-window panel pushing it down from the top. - A: The box is very heavy (lots of metal for the frame) but the panel are very light and easy to carry. I had staff from CT help me load it into my truck but when we got home we opened the box and removed pieces a few at a time to make it easier. It says it takes 4-5 hours to put together and it is honestly about double that time. Lots of screws and planning but definitely worth it for the cost, look and durability.13 years agoHelpful?
