Q: JTT175 Hose Reel. I bought this reel a year ago. The hose leader connector snapped (part #2258). I tried to order the part from Suncast but it does not show on the order list even though it's in the picture (Part #13). How can I obtain a replacement part?

Q: Not sure how to attach the garden hose ........ Bought a roller stand for the garden hose and have tried to roll up the hose without any luck. There seem to be a track on eachnside of the roller but the hose won't stay in it. Help. Marie
