I have broken every impact screwdriver I've ever used. I bought this cheap one fully expecting to destroy it first use and return it. I got four rotor screws off a 1998 Honda civic. The locking ring came off once or twice but was easily slid back on. 11/10 worth every penny.

Poor quality did not do the job properly Then return policy only allows you to get a replacement of the same product The product is inferior so why would you want another one?. The customer service rep was very pleasant and it did get sorted out eventually

Q: Is this tool used while being hit by a hammer? Why does it say on the specifications "air inlet size"? I'm confused if this tool needs to be connected to an air compressor. Also what is the shank size of the driver bits?

  • A: Hi, The product I have is a Maximum Impact Driver set, model 58 03358. This tool is designed to be hit with a hammer to tighten or loosen screws (fasteners) using either forward or reverse functions, without stripping the heads. I have used mine for this, and it was well worth the price. It comes with 1/2" drive, with an adaptor to 3/8" drive. It also comes with an adaptor for 3/8 screw driver bits. As far as your question about the air inlet size, my tool info does not mention anything about this, and it does not require the use of an air compressor. This style of impact driver is hand held, and hammer actuated. I hope this is helpful to you.
