not the product shown in the first photo, it's a one piece plastic handle with a metal striking cap. plastic is about the lowest quality you can think of, very little grip. wouldn't pay more than 50 bucks for this

I bought this about six months ago and haven't used it much. But recently, when I tried to tap it, the handle snapped in half (lengthwise). If you use it, never tap it.
