Do not buy

I like Maximum tools, but not this one! I should have returned it from the beginning, but I had hoped it would improve. It would cut out from hitting a torque limit every 5-10 seconds of cutting. I thought maybe it was just the wood at first and I was used to my Dewalt which could power through everything (The Dewalt finally broke after 15 years of hard use!) I put up with it for over a year, thankfully the blade change lever broke (very cheaply made) so I could justify buying a Dewalt replacement, and it is on sale! Happy new tool day today!

No, I do not recommend this product.

It does what I wanted it to do. I have several Maximum tools. They are generally reliable. Batteries are decent. Are you getting Milwaukee? No. But you’re paying for Milwaukee either.
