I like that it is interchangable with other tools. The battery was charged and ready to go. Decent price at the sale price to add a back up to the one I had, as they are selling tools now without the battery so you have to buy separately unfortunately.

Q: Initial charge after purchase. How long should a brand new battery be charged for first charge? Or does it come already fully charged?

A: The battery does not come fully charged, If you purchased the battery with charger, the charger will stop automatically once the battery is fully charged. You should fully charge the battery before first use.

A: I don’t clearly understand what do you try to say “power fit battery “ but this battery works with all power pod products which is Canadian Tire brand Mastercraft and Simoniz brand. I am using this battery for Simoniz Cordless Foam Spray Gun.

Q: How will I know when my Pwr pod 2.0 battery is charged? It’s been charging for over 2 hours and the green light is still flashing. This is only second use since purchase in October.

A: I just tried mine to see how it goes. It flashes green until fully charged at which point the flashing green turns a solid green.

A: NO .... not compatible with canadian tire MAXIMUM tools. Do not confuse Basic Battery ... Powers Mastercraft's line of 20V max lithium ion cordless tools which is less expensive and the other ... Better quality battery ... Compatible with MAXIMUM's more expensive 20V Max X-Treme Lithium Ion battery platform. I French Can ..I have translated for your convenience. Have a good day.
