Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry the HCBG02T bit didn’t perform as expected, especially that you could barely make a hole in a tile after an hour. For best results, we recommend allowing the tool to do the work with steady, controlled pressure to avoid premature wear. If you are drilling man-made tiles like porcelain or ceramic a diamond tipped bit is best.
