Rust appeared after the first rain

Bought this Krylon Industrial Tough Coat Advanced specifically for its "Rust Barrier" technology. The application was smooth and the finish looked great initially. However, after one night of rain, rust started bleeding right through the fresh paint by morning. Extremely disappointed—it failed its main purpose of protecting metal from corrosion. Would not recommend for outdoor projects.
