Q: Can this primer be used on rusty steel wheel rims?
a year ago- A: Clean the rust off as best you can. Put some rust inhibited on then use the primer. The surface must be very clean so that the primer will stick good. I use it on outboard motors and it works great for an undercoata year agoHelpful?
