first thing first. no matter what product yiu use. you will never match the paint 100%. similarly, this product will get to close to 90%. after you are dont doing the touchup, your car or truck will look better than before you applied this product. lower your expectations and you will see the value. good luck.

Q: Am I suppost to break off the plastic four legged part off of the pen?

  • A: That is the holder/stand for the pen.  You sit the pen on top upside down when you need to put down the pen while you are working so the paint flow to the tip of the pen. You don’t have to use it if you don’t want to but it does help when you pick up the pen again when you need paint coming out right away.

Q: How long do you need to let the paint dry before putting on the clear coat and how long do you need to let the clear coat dry before using the car for example like closing the car door?
