Difficult to put together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was free for review. Instructions were not very clear and kinda difficult to follow. The gate itself is sturdy, as you can see the box was destroyed when the product came, but no damage to the actual product. The biggest problem in order to put two of the pieces in, the grates have to lineup perfectly, which makes installing it much more difficult. Our wall also wasn’t straight which added an additional challenge to try and get it lined up. It did come with a mounting guide which was helpful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve being using that gate and overall it’s amazing for keep kids safe. It feels very sturdy and secure, and I really like that opens fully, which makes it super convenient for everyday use.
However, installation is definitely a downside. You need to drill holes in the wall and secure it into a stud, which makes the process more difficult. It also requires about 8 holes in the wall so it’s something to consider if you don’t want wall damage.
Overall it’s great safety gate and works really well but be prepared for a more involved installation.

Does a great gate keeping job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this baby gate very much. It’s even hard for adult to open if they’re not used to it. Therefore, my toddlers have not yet escape this gate when it’s locked. Easy installation and easy removal. When it’s installed, it take a bit of strength to rven knocked it over, the stability is great.

Didn’t work for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gate did not work for us. We have a bannister (not round) and it would not attach without risking severe damage. Disappointed because we have other Regalo gates that have worked very well.

Read the directions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly took way longer than anticipated. The directions were a bit confusing as the sides of the gate were not equal heights so that threw us off a bit. I liked that there were placement papers as to where to put on the wall. But the directions could have been more clear to state the sides aren’t equal distance apart.
I like the usability of the gate as it keeps my child off of the stairs.
