Missing pieces

The chair was described as having a 5 point harness system but was missing the shoulder straps. I returned product to the store seeking an exchange. Before leaving customer service I asked to open the second box to ensure all parts of the harness system were included. The shoulder straps were also missing from this box. Canadian Tire fully refunded me and their customer service was great. A note in the box instructed users not to return items to the place of purchase but to call the manufacturer’s customer service number. It’s been two weeks and they still have not contacted me.

Q: I can’t seem to get the tray to lock in. The top part goes into the holes but the bottom part doesn’t line up with the bottom hole??or vice versa. Any idea or are the holes just uneven and I got a lemon of a high chair??

A: Mine was the same way when it was new, I had to reach my hand underneath the tray and push the tab inwards, while pushing the tray down, if that makes sense. Eventually after using it for a while I can just push the tray down and it’ll lock. Must just be stiff when it’s new
