[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was packaged very well it looked like someone took pride in putting the product in the box, I realize it’s a simple thing but sometimes it is the simple things and small details that have a huge impact, speaking about simple putting it together and on the door couldn’t have been any simpler.. So on a rating scale of 1-10 I give Schlage a 9 for presentation 9.5 for ease of installation 9.5 for quality of product 9.8 for instructions that came with product I would of gave some of those 10’s but I’m a really hard judge And if I give 10’s there is no room for improvement and not Saying there is but always have to try right ? Bottom line I couldn’t be happier with all of it. Please keep up the great job
