My Honest Opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package says “easy installation,” but the latch did not reach the strike and proved to be difficult for a novice. However, we are impressed with the look and safety the lock offers. The instructions were clear, and the illustrations and online help gave us knowledge, even anticipating our problems. We are giving up and contacting a handy man, who will be able to help us. I do love the look and security it offers. Everything was packaged carefully, and we did have most of the tools. Obviously, it is brand new, so no corrosion was present. The product is sturdy and has an exceptional weight to it. Due to my inexperience, I have contacted a handy man and can’t wait to have it all in working condition.
