Stays in place, but. . .

Screw secures the pad holder, which has a lip to hold the pad. Adhesive -only pads I tried previously came away from chair leg too soon. I am using these on vinyl plank flooring. The pad wear is short, however. I’m hoping to just replace pads on the existing screw-retained holders.
