Cheaply made, poor quality

Received this new model about a week ago. I was very disappointed as soon as I began to unpack it. Cheap plastic; not anywhere near the quality of my last 2 steam mops. I will use it until it breaks or stops working which I am guessing will be much sooner than my previous two.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I just want to make sure that the steam comes out throughout the bottom pad and not just that front spot.

A: I haven't payed that close attention but the mop pad does have heat and water coming from it. The extra steam comes out when pressing the button and comes out the front.
