I really like the concept of the machine. Unfortunately, as soon as I open the box and used it, there was a malfunction. Upon contacting the manufacturer, I was given quite a runaround and told they don’t have the same unit so they could only send me one of a lesser value. Since I had already discarded all my boxes, I couldn’t bring it back to Canadian Tire. Very disappointed in this process.

Poor floor mop vacuum

Got the ifloor and was giving me a flashing light that the watwe tank was empty even though it wasnt. Even tried to pour and add new water in and still flashing indicating no water. Returned however Canadian tire does not accept open box return, but got a store credit instead good for 1 year.

Based on your description, the device was flashing a light indicating an empty water tank even though it was full, and you were unable to resolve the issue despite refilling it, resulting in a store credit return.

For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.

Do not buy

This product was great for a year then died. Contacted customer support who deemed it unrepairable but wouldn’t replace it with a new unit even though it was under warranty. Instead they sent a USED vacuum that was a model lower than what I had. When I received the replacement it was dirty. This was the best they could offer through their broken English emails. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from whatever foreign country they come from. You get what you pay for.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: 1) How much time does it take to fully charge the battery once depleted? 2) Is it mandatory to use the cleaning solution that comes inside the package, or we can simply use water instead?

  • A: I haven't really paid too much attention to how long it takes to charge, but I know it isn’t long.  Maybe 30 mins  I use many different cleaners in it.  As long as it does’t create suds, it can be used.   Brussel has a solution for a vacuum/mop that is pretty good.

Q: I have vinyl cushion flooring in the bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Is it safe to use the iFloor 3 on this type of flooring, which was glued down during installation?

  • A: Thanks for the question, Jay9! The iFloor 3 Ultra will always use water+solution mixture when cleaning. The amount of water used is relatively little and will dry in minutes on sealed hard floor surfaces.

Q: Im wondering if anyone has anything to say about the quality of this vacuum on carpeted surfaces. I have hardwood and tile on our mainfloor, but the bedrooms are all carpeted. with 2 cats and a toddler I'm looking for the best vacuum to do it all.
