Q: The description does mentions safe to use on hardwood floor but does this steamer is safe to use vinyl plank flooring too?
4 years agoA: They often don’t recommend steam mops for vinyl plank flooring because the heat and steam can affect the glue. But I think if you used the low heat setting and didn’t keep it in one place for long, it might be ok. I used it on an older vinyl plank floor and it was fine.

Q: Two questions: 1. Do I have to use distilled water with this steam mop, or can I use tap water? 2. Can I add cleaning products in the water to help with the stains, and also for scent? Thank you.
2 years agoA: Cybil - we always recommend distilled water in our steam mops. We don't recommend adding any cleaning products to the water tank. We do have scent discs and scented water options though!
