RELIABLE? DISAPOINTING!

I bought this similar model vertuo pop+. But then it didn't last long enough. it died less than a year. I've called service assistance for the options if it is possible to repair. However, they rather suggested me to buy a new one while she said it should be working for at least 5 to 6 years. Yet, this is my second machine. The first one was melfunctioning within 3 years. The second that I am having right now is less than a year. I am really sorry to tell that the assistance did her best to give me a exceptional experience and offer, but apparently, the people above her won't. In short, even though I enjoied the taste and armoa of the coffee, and the service assistance was good, however, the result that I was expected did not reached to "the exceptional" that they call. It is not the reliable machine to have. it won't last long enough.

Machine Stopped Working after 3 weeks

I am so disappointed in this machine. After having my precious Nespresso machine for over 8 years, I was excited to upgrade once I saw this one available in this colour. After using it maybe 15 times, the machine won’t power on at all. Now I’m stuck trying to get it repaired.

No, I do not recommend this product.
