noma dehumidifier vkd050

worked good for 2 years, but now it doesn't work because I always get a e9 error code. I called noma to find out where it can be repaired, and they told me the e9 code can't be fixed, I could not even get replace part to fix the issue. if you check the net, you will see this is a inherent common problem with this noma model. it was over 300.00 so i would expect it could be repaired. Do not buy one!!!

After having a cheaper unit for years that was super loud and inefficient, we recently purchased this unit on sale and are loving it. It is so quiet, and having different settings is wonderful. Well worth the pricing wether it in on sale or not.

After careful research I decided upon this unit based on its features, sale price and 2 year warranty. What set la this unit apart from competitors’ warranties is that should anything go awry, just drop it off during the warranty period to a Canadian Tire store for a replacement or refund. Voila! Great unit, too: quiet, great performance and easy to operate.

A: Incredibly noisy. The plastic housing rattles / vibrates when running. You can hear it plain as day two stories up when it is running in the basement.
