Hair Dryer had weak air flow

We took the hair dryer home and plugged it in to try it. It was very weak fan on low and high. Probably not even enough to blow out a flame. Within minutes brought it back to Canadian Tire. They did. It want to take it back citing it was open and they don’t take back open product. They went on to say that it is a cheap brand and should have bought another brand. Through some arguments they eventually provided a refund. Poor customer service and an under performing product.

Frustrated and disappointed

Unfortunately my first dryer which was registered. Suddenly died a while ago.. you sent a replacement which also lasted just a few months. It actually quit today! I have been loyal to y our product but hesitate to buy another.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We've used this a few times and we are loving it. Light weight and works great. The options for different heat levels is an added feature. Dries long hair quickly. The conditioner attachment works well.
