Q: What bissell cleaners can I use in this machine? Can I use any of the multi surface cleaners, or just the distilled water
a year agoA: Distilled water is recommended. BISSELL offers scented demineralized water for steam mops.

Q: Anyone use the steam mop on stairs? Wondering how this unit performs on stairs since they are usually rectangular and you can't get into the corners. Thanks in advance for your replies.
a year agoA: Hi Bob. It's designed for hard floors, but stairs is a good question. It's probably not the best design for this purpose.
