Cleans well, but...

Bought one a couple of years ago. Works great. Love the dry only feature and how easy it is to clean. I have two complaints: 1) This is supposed to be for people with pets. Problem is the dog hair does get sucked into the tank. It accumulates on the brushes and then starts leaving clumps of wet hair in its wake. 2) The part above the brushes that sucks up the water. The little nibs that are attached to the part that hold it in place break off extremely easy. The first time if broke may have been our fault, as we didn't realize how it came off. We were extremely careful with the second one. Still broke. We are now buying another. They say thee third time is the charm, but I don't have high hopes.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Works great when it works properly

First time using this machine and had issues with the suction. I would be using it and it would be working great but then just stop sucking up the water. Tank was no where near full. I noticed the hose attachment cover could not close all the way and I pushed it in as hard as it allowed. I thought that would help and it seemed to but then the problem persisted. I could hear it randomly stop the suction. I’d turn it on and off and put it upright again etc. nothing seemed to be a direct cause. I was annoyed and fed up and finally admitted it was a faulty machine that I did not want anymore. It doesn’t work properly. It’s a shame, because when it did seem to work, it worked great. I returned it. I’ll buy a different machine that is similar to my last one.

If you could call it schize I would

I’ve had this cleaner for three years now and the plastic parts have not held up. 1. Solution tank cap is a schize . Falls apart and is very difficult to put back together correctly so it doesn’t leak. 2. Dirty water collection tank cracked and leaked after first few uses. Replacement tank costs almost as much as buying a new machine. Waterproof tape lookalike he’ll but keeps the tank from leaking. 3. Plastic keepers for rollers have cracked and broken causing the vacuum not to suck up water. Best to keep Spares on hand. 4. Spot cleaner battery cap machined screw keeper plastic housing broke and need to be reglued to hold the machine screws in place to hole the cap on and batteries in place. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem To be a better pet carpet upholstery cleaner on the market. Grrrr.

Do not buy! Terrible

Got this a few weeks ago for Xmas. Took it out of the box, put it all together and started my cleaning. Not long after cleaning the machine starts smoking and sets off every fire alarm in the house. When the dirty tank is almost full. It’s starts spraying all the dirty water out all over the walls. So annoying! Don’t buy!

Destroyed my carpet

Used for 1 year and then it began leaking grey water from the base of the unit. The leaking ended up spilling out into my wool carpet and creating a huge stain which professional carpet cleaners cannot get out. Would not recommend.
