The heat is slightly misleading

Product works as it should but I should have done some more research. The sale was too good to pass up and it works well but you fill it with tap-hot water, it does not just heat up room-temp or cold water. Would be 5 stars if there was an element that warmed the water even if you had to wait 5-10 minutes

I have an older model of this and it’s great. I bought one for myself after using my brothers to get red wine out of his white carpet. My mom got one for herself after using mine. I’m now inclined to leave a review after successfully cleaning my dog’s diarrhea off my truck seat yesterday. Thanks Bissell!!

Q: Why does Canadian Tire still support the Bissel Little Green pro heat pet ? The hoses break at the joint of the hand piece and at the machine in no time with little use . It did clean well , small portable but faulty hose.

- A: Ours just broke also. We've had it for about 2 years and while it cleans well, the hard brittle plastic is not durable. A different design so that replacements parts can be bought would be beneficial to the consumer. Now we are forced to buy a new one, but maybe thats their plan?
