Purchased the display model on line because it was on sale very cheap but got it home and found it to be way too small and the instructions were missing. Returned it and purchased another larger model on sale at Canadian Tire.

I was very dissapointed with this product as it took forever to heat up and even then took forever to cook the food . Even reheating it just took so long to reheat the food.

Q: Just bought this yesterday and noticed it emits some kind of smell when on. I was going to attribute this to “newness” but smell does not go away after a few tries. It’s not my food. I turned it on while empty to test. Seems to be coming from paint.

Q: Are you supposed to put the dripping pan under the wire rack just above bottom burning when using the air fryer?

You will want to attach it to the bottom of the slide rack, and not resting on the bottom heating element.
