[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice accessory to have. I like it can foam hot and cold milk nicely. It’s def a learning curve, don’t overfill it. Knock 1 star off because the it doesn’t heat the milk up hot, also stay just warm:(

We have had our aeroccino for over 6 years now and absolutely love it - still works just as well as when we initially got it. You're not supposed to do this, technically, but I like to add a scoop of cocoa powder right after starting to froth hot milk and it makes an amazing frothed hot chocolate. I wash it out by hand to remove any residue after.

So I just rescued one of these out of my apt. complex dumpster. Still in pristine condition with its base, whisk and lid!
Cleaned it up (milk froth spills where it clearly overflowed), downloaded and read the manual, and gave it a shot!
Wow! Great froth!!
Tried it both ways. Hot with froth and just hot milk with the correct whisks.
Works like a charm and gets the milk nice and hot!
Probably came from one of those one star reviews... but reading the manual seems to do the trick!
Glad to add it to my coffee tool repertoire. Will go very well with my Moka pot coffee!

A: We guarantee the best results with cow milk, the more protein it contains the thicker the mousse will be. If you wish to use another type of milk you can, however the results will fluctuate, the choice of the whisk is also crucial for the result : whisk without the coil = hot milk/ with the coil = foam.

Q: Is this Aeroccino easy to clean? The frother I have now gets a hot spot that scorches the milk, & is a pain to clean.

A: The frother must be cleaned after every use with water, soap and a soft sponge to avoid any residue that will burn with the heat.
