The For Living SACC (9K ASHRAE) Digital Portable Air Conditioner offers efficient and flexible cooling for spaces up to 150 sq. ft. With the option to operate as a dehumidifier and fan, this portable air conditioner provides year-round functionality. Use the remote control for easy operation. Equipped with a complete setup kit, this unit is ready to move to any room where cooling or dehumidification is needed.

I don't know why people continue to buy single hose portable units they are so inefficient this thing is a joke never again such an annoying high pitch whine when the compressor is running and they couldn't have been bothered to put a removable mesh screen over the bottom for the compressor cooling just a vertical grill, dust is just not settling over that grill it's also caking on the condenser and that is very hard to vacuum off through those slotted grates because they get caked on from moisture it's almost like it's designed to fail who would have thought right? Totally lost faith in Midea made products had to send back my window unit as well .

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought this AC for a very small trailer (5x10) it didn't cool off the area after several hours was quite disappointed, looks like i'm going to have to return the unit... the minimum temp ranges is 16 degrees... thats not that 'cool' our $30 fan works just as good as this, again at this price point kind of had higher hopes... was a decent size for what I needed just not effective at cooling anything down.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Drainage is an iffy one. You got the option to plug a hose at the middle section, and a plug at the bottom section that can be equipped with a tube.

A: I don't know, probably. But I do know that I bought this last year and say it may not be the right purchase. I live in a small space, so I thought this would work well for me. It did, but only for about a month, then it died. Moisture in the motor I suspect. Got store credit for it and bought a portable AC. That's the way to go.

A: The unit does have a basin inside it, but unless you have a good place to drain it nearby, it can be a bit challenging to move the unit around, and the basin outlet is close to the floor so challenging to empty in place. I've taken to using the included hose to drain into a bucket, which is easier to carry to the bathroom to dump.
