Q: If I unplugged this and plugged it back in, or lost power to this temporarily, would it start again at the same setting I had it on before it was unplugged?
6 months agoA: No, if the unit loses power even for a second it will stay off when power is restored. Confirmed by testing with mine.

Q: Is it okay on a lower mode for dustmites or does that always need to be in turbo mode? I am concerned about noise but need it to filter for allergies.
2 years agoA: It would be too loud to run in turbo mode all the time. I run mine in auto mode and it will cycle higher on occasion depending on what the unit senses in the air. Hope that helps

Q: Hi, does this have a ionizer in it? I’m looking for a air purifier that doesn’t, as I have asthma and read I should get one without a ionizer... also, Is this good For people with asthma and allergies?
5 years agoA: The question you need to ask or check for is " is it a solely a mechanical air purifier" very difficult to find that info but they should be more specific. Each time I buy that part is the hassle finding out cause keep changing looks.

Q: Under Specifications, near the bottom of it for "Wattage Rating" it says 90W. When does it use 90W? When the unit is on the highest fan setting, in turbo mode? Around how many watts does it use on the lowest fan setting?

4 years agoA: Nor can I. Found 1 at canadian tire, but it requires 2. Way too expensive filters. Wish I never wasted my $$s on this product. Shows you should always do your research before wasting your $$s. Unfortunately I bought 2.
