POD-FREE is a excellent feature

I bought this Ninja Coffee Maker a few weeks ago and I'm pleased with its performance. I haven't used the Cold Brew OR over Ice Settings, however the Rich and Classic settings are good. The POD-FREE feature definitely sold me. Having to buy pods for 1 cup of coffee on other models has always been a discouragement...more garbage that we don't need.

Bought this coffeemaker over a month ago makes great coffee but won’t make a full pot, unless you run the brew cycle a second time. Canadian Tire will only except returns un opened. You have to contact Ninja which we did three weeks ago with no response. Will never recommend this product.

Slim in water holder

The water dispenser has a little thing with a spring in it and it is so dirty and it has slime in it and I can't clean it no matter what I try. Tried to add an image and I tap the button and it doesn't do nothing so no image added.

No, I do not recommend this product.
