Replaces a griddle that was no longer "non-stick". The surface on this is fantastic by comparison and it heats up evenly. I wish the plastic casing went all the way around - feels a little cheap and dangerous to have the back entirely exposed.

Q: Does gruddle need to be oiled when making pancakes? I've learned from experience once you add oil to nonstick it becomes sticky and impossible to clean off.

A: I use only butter , and it’s really easy to clean it, nothing sticks on it …. You have to wait your unity to cool down before you clean it with dishes soap, unless you will damage it!
